MD Group supports patients through clinical trials: care management, decentralized visits, travel logistics and reimbursement, across a platform that has to work every day for people in treatment. They needed a long-term technology partner, not a project vendor, to rebuild and keep evolving that platform.
This was a retainer engagement that ran for two years. A dedicated team of our developers worked as one unit with MD Group’s in-house team and the Lebanese Tech Alliance, inside their sprints, their standups and their roadmap, not on the other side of a ticket queue.
We ran the work agile end to end: sprint planning, continuous delivery and a CI/CD pipeline, across a stack spanning Symfony, Laravel, TypeScript, React and Node.js. The scale of the engagement matched the scale of the platform, and the integrated-team model is why it held up for two years straight.
